333.55 sq.m. built

A 3-suite extension to an existing heritage hotel in Jaipur.

Set within the historic Royal Heritage Haveli—a serene 18th-century mansion originally built as a royal hunting lodge by Maharaja Madho Singh Ji—the new three-suite addition is a sensitive and elegant extension of this storied property. Nestled on the outskirts of Jaipur, the haveli is renowned for its arched courtyards, hand-painted frescoes, and timeless Rajasthani charm.

The design of the new suites honors this legacy while introducing a refined contemporary sensibility. Each suite is furnished with a thoughtful blend of antique pieces sourced from Rajasthan and custom-crafted furniture that echoes traditional forms. Terrazzo floors provide a cool, textural base, while walls finished in polished lime plaster add a soft sheen and natural depth.

Every element—from material palette to spatial flow—has been carefully chosen to ensure the addition enhances the character of the haveli while offering guests a quiet, luxurious retreat in the heart of Jaipur.

The intended mood of the new suites is one of calm and stillness—a retreat within a retreat. Natural materials, subdued colors, and generous light create an atmosphere of quiet elegance, allowing guests to slow down and fully immerse themselves in the tranquility of the surroundings. The architecture encourages a gentle pace, inviting restful reflection and connection to the heritage of place.
