A co-working space overlooking the ocean in Goa's Ashwem beach
Tucked within the vibrancy of Cuebebar, a steakhouse in Goa, The Circle is a coworking space that brings together work, culture, and community. Conceived as an extension of the bar rather than a detached workplace, The Circle blurs boundaries between productivity and leisure — responding to Goa’s unique rhythm of life. The architecture balances openness with intimacy. Flexible work zones, communal tables, and quieter corners are arranged around a central open workspace, encouraging both focused work and spontaneous interaction.
In the low-cost, minimal-intervention refurbishment of a part of the restaurant, material choices are warm and tactile.
The focus remains on the ocean beyond. Natural light, soft acoustics and subtle transitions between indoor and semi-outdoor areas reflect Goa’s climate and social ethos. More than a coworking facility, The Circle operates as a cultural node — hosting conversations, collaborations, and informal meetings that often flow seamlessly into Cuebebar’s evenings.
